And you earn it back so quickly, with less wear and tear, fewer broken keys and your locks often open normally and easily again.

• Check all windows and doors
• Maintain door and draft seals and keep them in good condition, re-tighten door handles.
• Renew bathroom drawstrings
• Seal small cracks in the plasterwork
• Fix loose wallpaper
• Secure loose skirting boards
