Cancel or reschedule an appointment

It is always possible that, for whatever reason, an appointment cannot go ahead. If you have to reschedule or cancel the appointment for reasons of your own, you are urgently requested to let us know as soon as possible. In the case of work according to the call-out rate, appointments are often scheduled for a shorter period than what the general terms and conditions of Veste Services (the formal company name of Veste Housmaster) is based on. For that reason, this will be handled with the following leniency.

Leniency

Appointments with a duration of a maximum of one day (call-out/handy service) can in principle be changed free of charge, provided that these are communicated at least 48 hours prior to the agreed start time. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email.

Cancellation/change fees

If the appointment is changed (canceled or rescheduled) less than 48 hours before the start of the work, the minimum planned hours will be charged. If it concerns work according to the call-out rate, the starting rate will be charged.
