No show

If no one is present at the execution location and the work cannot start at the agreed time:

You will be charged the call-out starting rate if the work has been confirmed according to the call-out rate.
If work is done on a project basis, € 95,- no-show fee will be charged.
If the location is outside the service area, in addition to the no-show rate, the travel expenses will also be charged.

If no attempt has been made to contact us by telephone prior to the start of the work, there is no force majeure.
Force majeure only applies in extreme cases and must be proven.
